TRAVEL NOTES and ITINERARY

Remember that we will handle everything for you once you arrive in Manaus, including translators, airport transfers, hotels, and breakfast at the hotel. Personal bar tabs and other meals in Manaus are your responsibility.

THURSDAY is your international travel day

FRIDAY: Arrive early morning in Manaus Amazonas (MAO). A Nomadic Waters team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the TRYP by Windham Hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel or choose one of our excursions as you spend a day in the capital city of Manaus. This allows you a little extra time to get acclimated to the weather and gives you some extra margin for a missed flight connection or lost luggage.

SATURDAY: Breakfast at the hotel. The private charter flight departs early afternoon. Enjoy a beautiful 60-minute flight into the interior. The float plane lands on the water in front of camp. Potential bonus day of fishing.​

SUNDAY through FRIDAY: 6 FULL days of Fishing in our exclusive waters, moving camp throughout the week as needed to ensure you experience as much of our adventure as possible.

SATURDAY: Sleep in and enjoy a late breakfast. Afternoon charter flight back to Manaus. Transfer back to the TRYP Hotel and enjoy a relaxed afternoon in your private room. Dinner together at a favorite Brazilian restaurant in town (optional) hosted by Nomadic Waters employees or stay in and enjoy room service at the hotel.​​

SUNDAY: Depart Manaus early in the morning and arrive home in the evening.

(January, and February)

RIO NEGRO TRAVEL NOTES

Friday will be your travel day, with your arrival in Manaus early morning on Saturday.
​​Remember that we will handle everything for you once you arrive in Manaus, including translators, airport transfers, hotels, and breakfast at the hotel. Personal bar tabs and other meals in Manaus are your responsibility.

SUNDAY Sleep in and enjoy a late breakfast. Afternoon charter flight back to Manaus. Transfer to the TRYP Hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening in your private room. Dinner together at a favorite Brazilian restaurant (optional) hosted by Nomadic Waters employees or stay in and enjoy room service at the hotel.
