It isn't fancy, but it is absolutely delicious.  Like everything else in our operation, we prefer to under-sell and over-deliver our food program. Each meal is carefully crafted and made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

 

Variety is the focus.  There will always be a table full of options that are sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.  We can certainly accommodate special dietary requests as long we receive notice well in advance of your trip.

 

Unique to any other Amazon outfitter that we are aware of, our staff and crew are welcome to join our Guests for meals.  This provides another opportunity for our Guests to connect with this jungle experience on a different level. New hires are always taking photos of their food.  Why?  No one back home would believe that they are eating Guest food.
