LOCATION OVERVIEW
We offer three unique jungle fisheries. Which one is best for you?
EXPERIENCE

What experience are you looking for? It may be a difficult question to answer, especially if you don't really know what kinds of experiences are available. This may come as a surprise, but the reality is that no two jungle fisheries are alike. In addition to that understanding, with water levels and conditions consistently changing, no two weeks are alike. Trying to decipher the mystery of water levels, water temps, time of year, migratory species, etc., can be daunting.

The good news is, we've got 12 years of operational experience in our fisheries, and each year has 2 seasons. That's a lot of data points. The short answer: we can help, and you can trust our judgment.

How can we prove this? Well, we enjoy a 60% to 70% guest return rate each year. Remember, this is the classic ''bucket list", once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Yet, last season, roughly 7 out of every 10 guests who fished with us are returning. We have been awarded TripAdvisor's Choice Award for 5 years in a row, and we were one of three finalists for the 2025 Orvis Endorsed International Destination of the Year.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
-
Species. On a typical Rio Negro or Rio da Lua week, we will catch one or two arowana and will see but rarely catch an arapaima. On the Rio Matamata, guests will cast to schools every day, quickly losing count of how many they have caught. These are surface eating species, sight fish all day long!
-
We have a very close partnership with the families that live on the river. Guests have the opportunity to spend some time in the jungle communities and to meet the families of our guides and staff.
